We offer refunds only in the event that a product arrives damaged or is found to be defective. You may submit a refund request within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, your claim must meet the following conditions:

  • The item arrived broken, damaged, or defective
  • You contact us within 30 days of the delivery date
  • You provide photographic or video evidence of the damage or defect

3. NON-ELIGIBLE REFUND REQUESTS

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for the following:

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Incorrect size, colour, or style chosen by the customer
  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered
  • Orders where the issue was not reported within the 30-day window

4. NO RETURNS

WillyWalkers does not accept physical returns. You are not required to send the item back to us. Approved refunds are processed based on the evidence provided.


5. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos or videos showing the damage or defect

We will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.


6. REFUND METHOD

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
